This Privacy Policy describes how Brick Crusher Infinity, operated by Amir Sidhom ("we", "our", or "us"), handles information when you use the Brick Crusher Infinity mobile game on Android and iOS. Noti Family is the marketing name for the family of apps that includes Brick Crusher Infinity; it is not a separate legal entity.

This policy is specific to Brick Crusher Infinity. Other Noti Family apps have their own legal pages. You do not need an account, cookies, or the app to read this policy.

About Brick Crusher Infinity

Brick Crusher Infinity is a portrait-mode brick-breaker game. The Android package and iOS bundle identifier are both com.amirsidhom.brickcrusherinfinity. The game is free and is supported by advertising.

Information we collect

Brick Crusher Infinity does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not ask for, and the game does not intentionally collect, personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

The game does not have its own user backend or cloud service, and we do not operate a server that receives your gameplay data. We do not use our own analytics or crash-reporting service in the app.

Information stored on your device

The game stores a small save file locally on your device containing your best score, your level progress (including the highest level unlocked and your current level), and your sound and vibration settings. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. It is removed when you uninstall the app, subject to your operating system's backup and restore behavior.

Advertising and third-party services

Brick Crusher Infinity uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertising, and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent. Google is the third-party service provider for advertising in the game. The game currently shows:

Banner ads that appear on screen while you use the app.
Rewarded ads, which are optional video ads you can choose to watch in exchange for a reward (for example, to continue after losing). Watching is never required to play.

The game does not show interstitial ads, and no other advertising networks or mediation partners are enabled.

To provide, deliver, measure, and secure advertising, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process information from your device through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, such as:

advertising identifiers (for example, the Android Advertising ID or the iOS Identifier for Advertisers, where available and permitted by your device settings);
device and app information (for example, device model, operating system version, language, app name and version, and network or connection information);
IP address and approximate location derived from it;
ad interaction and advertising data (for example, ad requests, impressions, clicks, and reward completion); and
diagnostic and performance information related to ads, and your consent choices.

Which of this information is processed depends on Google's services, your region, your device settings, and your privacy choices. Google determines how it processes this information, which is governed by Google's own policies. We do not receive a copy of Google's advertising profile of you, and we do not sell your information.

Brick Crusher Infinity does not use your local game data (such as your score or level progress) to build advertising profiles.

Consent and non-personalized ads

Where required by applicable law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and some other regions), the game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent choices related to advertising when you open the app. If the consent service cannot be reached or does not respond in time, the game may still request ads as described below.

Brick Crusher Infinity requests non-personalized ads only. Non-personalized ads are not based on your past behavior across apps and sites; they rely on information such as the content of the app and your approximate location. Google may still process the information described above to deliver, limit the frequency of, measure, and secure ads, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.

The game does not show an iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising.

You can also manage advertising choices through your device settings (for example, by resetting or limiting your advertising identifier) and through Google's ad settings. Rewarded ads are optional, and you can decline to watch one.

Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Brick Crusher Infinity does not share information with third parties except that Google AdMob and Google's advertising partners automatically process information through the Google Mobile Ads SDK as described above, and except where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Because the game has no account and no backend, we do not hold personal data about you that we could delete on request. Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Information processed by Google and its advertising partners is retained and deleted under their own policies; you can use Google's ad settings to manage it.

Children's privacy

Brick Crusher Infinity is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the game does not provide user accounts. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, or you have concerns about advertising shown to a child, please contact us and use your device's parental and app controls as appropriate.

International users

The game may be used in more than one country. Local game data stays on your device. Google and its advertising partners may process advertising-related information in the locations where they operate, which may be outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.

Security

Your local game data is protected by your device's security features, such as your screen lock and operating-system protections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Third-party advertising services apply their own security practices to information they process.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the app changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The current version will be published at this URL.
