Pop Rush

Privacy Policy

Effective date / Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Pop Rush, operated by Amir Sidhom ("we", "our", or "us"), handles information when you use the Pop Rush mobile game on Android and iOS. Noti Family is the marketing name for the family of apps that includes Pop Rush; it is not a separate legal entity.

This policy is specific to Pop Rush. Other Noti Family apps have their own legal pages. You do not need an account, cookies, or the Pop Rush app to read this policy.

About Pop Rush

Pop Rush is a fast-paced, casual balloon-popping game. The Android app identifier is com.fasthub.poprush. The game is free and is supported by advertising.

Information we collect

Pop Rush does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not ask for, and the game does not intentionally collect, personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contact list, photos, or precise location.

Pop Rush does not have its own user backend or cloud service. We do not operate a server that receives your gameplay data.

Information stored on your device

Pop Rush stores a small amount of game data locally on your device, such as your best score and your sound on/off setting. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. It is removed when you uninstall the app, subject to your operating system's backup and restore behavior.

Advertising and third-party services

Pop Rush uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertising. Google is the third-party service provider for advertising in Pop Rush. The game currently shows:

  • Banner ads that appear on screen while you use the app.
  • Rewarded ads, which are optional video ads you can choose to watch to continue a game (the continue/revive feature). Watching is never required to play.

To provide, deliver, measure, and secure advertising, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process information from your device through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, such as:

  • advertising identifiers (for example, the Android Advertising ID or the iOS Identifier for Advertisers, where available and permitted by your device settings and choices);
  • device and app information (for example, device model, operating system version, language, app name and version, and network or connection information);
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • ad interaction and advertising data (for example, ad requests, impressions, clicks, and reward completion); and
  • diagnostic and performance information related to ads, and your consent choices.

Which of this information is processed depends on Google's services, your region, your device settings, and your privacy choices. Google determines how it processes this information, which is governed by Google's own policies. We do not control or receive a copy of Google's advertising profile of you, and we do not sell your information.

Pop Rush does not use your local game data (such as your best score) to build advertising profiles. Third-party services other than Google AdMob are not currently used for advertising in Pop Rush.

On iOS, access to the device advertising identifier is subject to your Apple privacy choices, including App Tracking Transparency where it is presented.

Google explains its practices here:

  • Google Privacy Policy
  • How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
  • Google advertising technologies

Consent and privacy choices

Where required by applicable law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and some other regions), Pop Rush uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent choices related to advertising when you open the app.

Pop Rush requests ads only after Google's consent system indicates that ads may be requested. If your consent is required and has not yet been given, or the consent status cannot be determined, the app does not request ads until that is resolved, and the game can still be played.

Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized (limited). Personalized ads use information such as your advertising identifier and ad interactions to show ads that may be more relevant to you; non-personalized ads rely less on that information. Whether ads appear at all depends on your region, your choices, ad availability, and Google's policies.

You can also manage advertising choices through your device settings (for example, by resetting or limiting your advertising identifier) and through Google's ad settings. Rewarded ads are optional, and you can decline to watch one.

Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Pop Rush does not share information with third parties except that Google AdMob and Google's advertising partners automatically process information through the Google Mobile Ads SDK as described above, and except where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Because Pop Rush has no account and no backend, we do not hold personal data about you that we could delete on request. Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Information processed by Google and its advertising partners is retained and deleted under their own policies; you can use Google's ad settings to manage it.

Children's privacy

Pop Rush is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Pop Rush does not provide user accounts. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, or you have concerns about advertising shown to a child, please contact us and use your device's parental and app controls as appropriate.

International users

Pop Rush may be used in more than one country. Local game data stays on your device. Google and its advertising partners may process advertising-related information in the locations where they operate, which may be outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.

Security

Your local game data is protected by your device's security features, such as your screen lock and operating-system protections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Third-party advertising services apply their own security practices to information they process.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the app changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The current version will be published at this URL.
