Location, accuracy and privacy
Bus location is shared by the driver’s phone only while a trip is being tracked, and only with people authorized for that bus or trip. Location, speed and arrival times depend on the driver’s device permissions, GPS signal and network connection, so they can be delayed or unavailable at times. ETAs are estimates.
