Account deletion

You can delete your NotiSignal account in the app under Settings. You can also request deletion by email. Store listings may still use the legacy product name Notifuse; that is the same app.

Email request

Send a message to:

• Email: support.notifamily@gmail.com
• Subject: Delete My NotiSignal Account
• Include: the email address associated with your account

What will be deleted

• NotiSignal account
• Saved alerts
• Notification preferences
• Associated user profile data

Data that may be retained

Records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, if applicable.

Processing time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
